Musicians

I regularly sketch musicians at various venues. By necessity these are very quick sketches. I prefer not to work from photographs as I strive to keep the painting alive including the mistakes. In fact the only time I use a rubber is for drawing into charcoal. Every line and mark counts for good and bad. My mistakes are part of me.
