Game Shooting
This is the result of my husbands hobby. I do not shoot but was brought up in a house where all the meat eaten was caught or shot by family members.
As a child it was usual to have the job of "plucking" the Sunday roast before it was cooked. It seems a natural follow on now to "paint" the bird before it is cooked.
These are mainly in oils but I have to work very quickly and in a cold environment for obvious reasons.
